Cookie Cakes Are Perfect For…
Newlyweds who really want a cake-cutting photo at their reception but can’t stand cake,
Parents of cake-hating kids in need of a birthday treat that still feels celebratory,
Die-hard cookie lovers, looking for the baddest new way to consume your favorite treat
We keep it memorable here. Our Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake with Salted Caramel Buttercream is dangerously-close to “plain” as we get.
Our goal? To take you on new flavor adventures, while making some familiar ingredients stops along the way.
What makes our cookie cakes different:
Part of our beef with cake is the overwhelming sweetness of buttercream that makes eating it hard to stomach.
With our cookie cakes, we’ve tinkered with the sweetness levels in both the cookies and the cake to achieve something balanced, yet delicious.
Most bakeries that offer cookie cakes (if they offer them at all), layer super thin cookies between equal amounts of buttercream, creating an overly-sugary stack of cookies that looks like a cross between cake and a game of Jenga.
Our cookie cakes actually look like naked cakes. We layer thick cookies between a modest amount of buttercream to achieve both an aesthetically-pleasing and enjoyable eating experience.
